OUR SINCEREST APPRECIATION FOR YOUR GENEROSITY

Homes for the Homeless has been able to provide continued support to the Universal City Animal Care and Control Facility since 1973 through the generosity of many Universal City residents and a significant number of caring animal lovers from the surrounding areas and throughout the country.

Through this generosity along with the Resale Shop income, interest income, and sales of aluminum cans and scratching posts, Homes for the Homeless has been able to provide $300,000 toward the construction of the new facility in addition to providing for many items that are required in the support of day to day operations. Many volunteers and donators have worked and saved several years so that we all may take pride in the construction of a new animal shelter.

Throughout calendar year 2007, your donations, plus sales and adoption fees, provided approximately $45,000 in operating capital. On the other side of the ledger, veterinary charges, daily supplies and other support requirements cost approximately $32,000.

Your continued support has made the aforementioned expenditures possible and has provided a good home and loving care to many of Universal City's stray and abandoned animals.
